Boasting a team with over 20 years of knowledge and experience within the industry we provide our clients with an outstanding service that is second to none. Whether it be a small fundraising event or a major festival, Events Runway will provide the best possible experience every step of the way.

Our events team work within two dedicated fields of expertise to ensure each event is run smoothly; one side takes care of event production and management and the other ensures all licensing and Health & Safety aspects are adhered to.

We aim to turn an often turbulent and highly stressful aspect of organising events into a pleasurable first class experience. Let Events Runway take your event to new heights.

What we do

FESTIVAL & EVENT MANAGEMENT

Festival and Event Bars

Our team provides a friendly service to all customers at a quick pace to ensure maximum profitability. We are experts in bar production and ensure that all measures are taken to guarantee client and customer satisfaction. Our bars can be utilised in all manner of ways due to their portability and versatility. Our bar staff are fully trained and have all had experience in the industry prior to working for us. Events Runway also provide personal licence holders for each bar to ensure all licensing objectives are adhered to.

Festival and Event Production

We provide everything you could possibly need to successfully run an event. We take care of all paperwork and production for you, from the Event Management Plans and Site Plans, to the rig and de-rig. Our aim is to work with you to create and produce the best possible experience for both you and your customers. We have a talented team of people who have all the necessary skills and qualifications to ensure a successful production. We can also attend SAG meetings on behalf of our clients too.

Event Management Plans / Licensing and Health & Safety

We have a great rapport with local authorities and police licensing. Our aim is to ensure that each event is fully compliant with all Health & Safety and licensing regulations, and to make sure that the necessary authorities are kept fully informed.

Last year, Sussex Police asked us to join in partnership with them on their community event as part of the Brighton Fringe Festival. Due to us involving Sussex Police in each and every step of our events, we have developed a fantastic relationship.

Events Runway have a fully dedicated team that carry out site visits and produce Event Management Plans and Site Maps tailored to each event. This team also assists the client in all manners relating to Health & Safety, crowd management, queue management and all other aspects that will ensure the event runs smoothly.

Sponsorship

Events Runway have a fantastic ongoing partnership with drinks supplier Matthew Clark who support us and our clients in every way they can, to ensure each event is provided for in which ever way is needed. We have the ability through connections with top alcohol brands to gain support and sponsorship that will bring your event to the next level.

We have secured partnerships for previous clients who have received support and sponsorships from the likes of; Bottega, Bacardi, Bombay Sapphire, Jack Daniels, Brothers Cider, Redbull, Veuve Clicquot and many more well known brands. Get in touch to see what we could do for your event.

FESTIVAL & EVENT MANAGEMENT
THE BIG PROSECCO FESTIVAL – 2017

Held at a gorgeous manor house The Big Prosecco Festival held host to 1,300 bubbly lovers over the course of the day. Our client gave us the reigns on this one and let us use our creativity to put on a show stopping event. The venue was transformed into a haven with each room following a different theme including the grand hall being transformed by Bottega. A selection of over 50 types of Proseccos were on offer along with bars offering customers spirit mixers/beers etc.

BOUNDARY FESTIVAL – 2017

Events Runway provided and operated the bars at Boundary Festival which held host to 13,00 people. Along with 4 bars we provided a V.I.P area and bar and a partnership with Redbull saw us operate a bar and tent provided for by Redbull. We provided 125 bar tenders to ensure customers did not have queues to contend with and to ensure a good flow was kept throughout the festival. Events Runway also provided the queue management plan for this event.

FRIGHT FESTIVAL – 2015 & 2016

The full operations and production was conducted by Events Runway for both years that this festival took place. The entire rig and de-rig and on the day management was lead by our team, along with the bars. The first year saw 7,000 people attend which then grew to 12,000 the following year. Sponsorship and support from Veuve Clicquot and Bacardi was gained via our contacts for our clients. Full Event Management Plans and Site Maps were provided by us for our client.
